Voting Question: Question for someone who knows about the CBA?

So im 16 and I want to play professional basketball for my career. Im currently in Shenzhen, China for my holidays and I want to play basketball here rather than in Britian were I live. How do the CBA teams sign up players? Is it like the NBA where the players would have to play college basketball before going to get drafted? A link to a site for try outs would be mega handy.
